We keep you involved and connected throughout the entire sales cycle by being readily available and equipping you with tools to track each project.

Our team is readily available to serve you via telephone, email, or onsite visits. Support technicians can assist with technical issues and will gladly escalate your concern to the sustaining engineer if necessary. Each customer also has access to the Customer Care Center – an online portal that provides pricing and shipping visibility.

Using a unique login, you can view open orders, a daily ship report, and the current price list. Personalized reports can also be generated upon request. One of the core values at CCS is to “Delight the customer.” Keeping you involved and connected throughout the entire sales cycle is one way we do try to accomplish this goal.
