Previously, Edge-Sweets used industrial computers as part of their product package.  The company could not ignore the cost-savings of using a commercial off-the-shelf PC, such as an HP or Dell, to power the HMI portion of their machinery.  However, Edge-Sweets still needed a way to protect these computers since they were placed in harsh manufacturing environments where dust and particulates.
